Happy Holidays from Forrest TV & Appliance   Repair!

7009913982 • December 18, 2018

Merry Christmas from all of us at Forrest TV & Appliance Repair! Now until Christmas we are offering 15% off your service call as our gift to you. All you have to do is mention that you saw this post! If you are covered under warranty, just call your warranty company and they will dispatch us out a work order. Feel free to call us first to see if we work with your warranty company, but you can find most of them listed on our website. We appreciate your business and look forward to helping you get through this holiday season stress free!

We understand that the worst possible time for an oven to go out is during the Holiday season. Rest assured that Forrest TV & Appliance Repair is here if you have any questions about your unit, and we can come out under warranty for most warranty companies, as well as if your unit is not covered through insurance anymore. Either way, we are here to get you back up and running in time for Christmas!

Before you have to call us to set up a service call, try these tips first if your oven isn't heating! Unplug the cable, and try putting it into another socket. You should also check the plug to make sure that none of the wires are loose in the connections, and the fuse is still functioning. You can also remove and replace the power cable completely. If this does not work, then you may have a major problem with the electrical connections inside the oven, and it may be best to leave it completely, and call in an expert, or have the oven replaced with a new one.

*We are not able to offer warranties on parts not installed by our techs.

First of all, Bryan’s dedication to our company is highly appreciated and it’s nice knowing we can trust him to not only take care of his normal duties but to also go the extra mile, even when we don't ask. We put his plaque right in the lobby for all to see. Bryan trained Chris in Reno and wow, what a tech he has turned into, and we know that Bryan’s skills and ability to answer his questions had a big part in that. Even if he doesn't agree with a method of mine, he respects it. Bryan offered to be the go between, so the triage tech gets less technical calls, and we know how much time it takes to stop during the workday, so thank you Bryan for being that first step stone. A customer he just went back to and found ice cubes stuck in her auger actually asked us for a review link for him because she was so happy with his service. Bryan makes sure to give credit where it is due and has become a trusted leader in our company. He recently told me how wonderful McKayla is, in their Reno office and how many customers compliment her and went on to tell me the same for our Grass Valley office too and how great everyone is doing and that we have the best team with such solid techs. Not everyone takes the time to provide such feedback, and he never toots his own horn, which there is nothing wrong with, but he is a stand-up guy. Thank you, Bryan, for taking the time to always go the extra mile and be a trusted lead here at Forrest. Your hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed!

Meg worked as the manager and my assistant a few years ago and after taking time off with her other career, she is now back 3 days a week as our bookkeeper and parts manager! I dont know what we did without her. She cleaned up our books, fixed mistakes and helps make sure we get paid what we are supposed to when we bill for the warranty jobs. Thank you, Meg, for your hard work!! She also is already almost done stocking our parts and has made the warehouse so organized and easy to find parts. I guess it goes without saying, we are grateful to have her back. #employeeappreciation #employeeofthemonth #spotlight #appliancerepair #amazingstaff #hardworkers #grateful #forrestappliancerepair #forrestappliance
